Hi
I have a lovely 3 bed villa very close to the Strip.  I am looking to rent it out during the times we aren't using it, but I need a means of facilitating the practical aspects - organising cleaners, laundry, check-in/check-out, report damage etc.  Does anyone know of anyone who can help me with this please ?  I would manage the bookings via Owners Direct or similar website.

Hi all

I haven't managed to find a solution yet, despite John helping me.  Does anyone else know of anyone who does this type of property/rental management please ?

Yes, I have been in touch and they are coming to quote in a couple of weeks.  I need a couple of alternatives setting up to view and quote just in case one can't do it after all for some reason.  But thanks very very much for your help !
