Hi, just got our AL licence and I need a Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamacoes). Does anyone know where this can be purchased in Albufeira please.

It's not a special format book. You can just use a standard book with blank pages in, much like you would use for a complements book. You just need to write Livro de Reclamacoes on the front. You also need information about your AL in 2 languages, Portuguese and one other, English obviously being most common.
