At the junction of the main Avenida and Avenida do Ténis near the Dolphins. Left hand turns have been blocked off.

Yes don't know what that is about no sign of anyone working on it. It's been over a week now.
If it's a trial for a new one way then I love it. You can get out easy everytime where the lights used to be and you just need to turn left at the Dolphins roundabout when you are coming back. It seems super efficient to me, faster with no stopping and burning less CO2, so good for the environment.

That means they will probably change it back next week.Smile

This happened in January ... the giro I was on was supposed to turn left up the hill at the lights, but the woman driver decided to follow quite a few vehicles down to Dois Mundos and back up the other side ...

But if you want to turn left you now have to go all the way down to the Discovery Roundabout and come back up again. 😕

They are faulty, we went past when they were on the blink, before the cones were put out. They regularly go phutt, especially after heavy rain, so hopefully they are fixing them once and for all?

Even as I write they are putting those black and yellow pin things in the middle of the road on the eastbound carriageway. Whether they will put more where they are really needed (on the westbound carriageway between the left hand lane and the filter lane) remains to be seen.
