	Put up dummy ones like they did before near the tunnel. Same effect! Anyway, what good would these do if people are pictured causing trouble then on a plane home a day or two later?

	Just in time .... `Spring Break` (1,000 people, for the event`s 5th birthday..) will be arriving Apr 23-29 ... probably Muthu customers mainly .. before that we expect the `young volunteer` squad (another 1,000 ?) .. but not noted for much trouble... except their bus parking ..
