Tickets are now on sale at the both the English and Portuguese FA websites. Portugal - https://bilheteira.fpf.pt/ Both have a convoluted system of registration to deal with.

Through England website, General Admission £3 plus £1.50 email admin fee.
It is not clear where fans will be allocated seats. Probably be herded into the grounds Visitors corner, ugh!  |

I also think there is no numbered seating, but I guess people buying
from the English FA will be indeed herded into a small area. For those
not aware, the stadium is very basic with no cover against rain on three
of the four sides and minimal facilities, even compared with a
non-league stadium in UK. |

The tickets they have specify entrance 6, which is the main entrance for the large uncovered terrace on the Avenida Zeca Afonso side of the stadium.
