British Ambassador to Portugal Kirsty Hayes to hold two further sessions in the Algarve to meet the British Community in the context of Brexit

The British Ambassador  Kirsty Hayes is to hold two further public sessions in the Algarve to meet members of the British community in the context of Brexit, and possible implications for British residents.

The Ambassador would like to hear of concerns British residents in the Algarve might have about the possible impact of the United Kingdoms's withdrawal from the EU.
The sessions will take place at:

 Museu de Portimao - Tuesday 21 March, from 18h00 - 19h00
Rua D. Carlos 1, 8500-607 Portimão

and

 Auditorio Municipal de Albufeira  - Wednesday 22 March, from 16h00 - 17h00
next to the Câmara Municipal building

There are a limited number of places available, and registration is therefore essential.  You can do this by clicking this link completing the registration form, where you are also invited to submit questions for the Ambassador.

There will be similar sessions organised in Central and Northern Portugal.

Please follow the Brits in Portugal  Facebook for updates.

Commendable that she is doing this but the times she is holding her surgeries is really aimed at the retired. People who have jobs won't be able to make these times. She should have the meetings in the evening as well so that more people can attend.

But then a lot of Brits work in the field of hospitality, often in the evenings... And lets be honest, there's not a lot to tell anyway, as the government has no idea what to do or when and how to do it...
