O Manjar was open last weekend but they are notorious for suddenly closing! Prazeres in the next street was open. O Veleiro is open. Likely more around the old town but I don't cover all the ground!

Around the square a few places were open. Sir Harry's had a singer, Rock Café is open but most of the 'entertainment' is taking a rest before the Christmas holidays.

Snack Bar O Jorge should be open, Adega do David will certainly be open and I am pretty sure C19 is too.

A lot of British stay long term over the winter in Oura Praia Hotel area.
If you like karaoke The Old House is a nice comfortable bar with a relaxed atmosphere. A lot of nice singers and also quite a few who think "It should have been me not Elvis /Frank Sinatra take your pick.
But generally a good atmosphere comprising of what is in the main is an older crowd.

O'Catraio on tunnel street still open and as already said O'Valerio is a few doors up. Pampas, Buddy's and Doce Jardim all open in square (at the minute). Down at Fishermans Beach you will find Cabana Fresca and Louisiana both open and busy during the day when the sun is out.

I can confirm Snack Bar O Jorge will be open until the 15th, when they close until just after New Year.
