Unlikely he'll get steak, O Theodosio (sp?) just up the road from Ramires do pork chop and chips as an alternative.

Go downstairs in Ramirez with th locals, rather than in the touristy bit upstairs. The bill is smaller, and you get the traditional slightly grumpy waiters too...
