Another fine day in prospect down her in Albufeira. it's 11C.52F at 830am with a forecast high of 17C/63F. Not bad eh?

Wind is light and from the east, so it will feel nice and warm. Skies are blue and it will be dry today.

1225, football's finished and the outside temperature is 16C/62F. Bright sunshine streaming in the window. It is a bit windy and there are no clouds about.

It was a fairly warm night last night and at 8am the thermometer shows 12C/54F.

Today's high will be around 17C/64F, very acceptable for the time of year!

It is rather cloudy and will remain so, wind from the south-east ie from North Africa so even without the sun it will still be quite warm.

There is a possibility of light showers tomorrow and it will get cooler as the week goes on.

Well since 8am it's become very grey and murky out there. Forecast revised I think to include a threat of some wet stuff this afternoon!

The Loule radar is off-line, so I cannot tell if it is already raining out to the east.

There was no weather yesterday as I had to be up, about and out rather early. For the record it was a grey, overcast morning but brightened up during the afternoon and was quite pleasant with a high of 15C/58F. It stayed dry.

This morning at 815 it is only 8C/46F, rather cooler than of late, with cloudy skies. The cloud should break up later and with the wind from the east once more it will be warm later, rising to about 16C/60F. There is a band of showers currently along the Spain/Portugal border which will move slowly in our direction. Don't be surprised if there is a little rain later.

12C/53F at 1030am. Rather hazy sunshine but should be a nice day generally. No rain around. The afternoon high will be around 16C/60F.

Make the most of it, because the weekend is forecast to be cloudy and wet.

A grey, damp start to the day here in Albufeira. A whole bunch of showers passed over during the night but these will die out and it should be dry this afternoon. Current temperature (9am) is 14C/58F and it will get a little warmer. Wind from the south-west blowing steadily and fairly fresh.

More light, scattered, showers forecast for tomorrow but according to PT Meteo there will be no weather on Monday.

Well yesterday the weather didn't improve and there were scattered showers well into the afternoon.

Today (Sunday) has dawned very grey and overcast. There is a line of showers stretching all the way across to Morocco. The wind is coming from that direction so it looks like being a rather damp one today.

It's not cold though, at 8am it was 12C/54F rising to maybe 15C/58F later.

Tomorrow looks like it will be similar, clearing up a bit by Tuesday.

It is warmer but doesn't feel like it! 11am and it is 15C/59F  but the skies are grey and the draught coming through my open window feels decidedly on the cool  side. There's some rain around, so again the chance of a shower or two today.

Brolly's to the ready then, rain doesn't spoil anything for most brits and judgin by the amount of rain we have experienced over there in recent months/years it won't phase the Portuguese either, and just remember it will be far worse in Blighty so count ya blessings and enjoy!
