It's colder this morning but a pleasant day ahead. Temperature at 0920am is 16.3º, there is a light wind from the east and mostly blue sky. It will stay sunny, top temeprarture around 20º but it might not feel quite that warm with teh wind getting stronger as the day goes on.

Tonight it will be fairly cold, down to 11 or 12º. Tomorrow and Tuesday will be cloudy and a little cooler. There is a chance of some showers late on Tuesday, with Tuesday night and Wednesday almsot certainly going to have quite a bit of rain.

Cooler again this morning, tempeature 15.4º at 0925am. There's not a cloud in the sky, the wind is very light. Although it will be a nice sunny day top temperature wil be 19º at best.

Tonght will be fairly cold again, 12 - 14º. Tomorrow will be clouder than today but with similar temeperatures. Rain will be coming during the small hours of Wednesday morning with both Wednesday and Thursday likely to be wet and fairly cool at 14 - 16º. The following days are forecast to be unsettled with a mix of sunshine and showers. Temperatures will be more like they should be in late November, 16 or 17º daytime,  11 or 12 at night.

It is a little cloudy this morning, a very light wind and temperature at 0835 is 14.9º. It will be a cloudy but dry day, maximum temperature around 19º. The night will again be fairly cool, 13 or 14º with rain very likely from the small hours of the morning.

That rain is likely to last all day tomorrow, with a fairly strong wind at times. It will be cold as well, maximum 15 or 16 only. Thursday will likely be a showery day and possibly even colder. Friday and the weekend look like being a mixture of showers and sunny intervals with day time temperaturees around 16 or 17º.

It is going to be a fairly turbulent weather day. Wer have aready had one intense thunderstorm between 5 and 530am with heavy rain  and a few more rumbles since. The sky is darkening to the south-west, more is coming.

Temperature at 0930am is 15.9º, wind is currently from the south west and light. Later today we may have 17º, the wind will be shifting around in a kind of swirl and likely bringing more showers, often heavy. Tonight the rain may ease off for a while but more is probablt tomorrow morning and into the early afternoon. Temperature tomorrow 15 or 16º at best. Friday should be  drier day, but a wet weekend is forecast.

It is very cloudy this morning, especially to the east, and not very warm. Temperature at 0940am is 14.5º in a very light wind. There are a lot of showers around and it will be one of those days to keep a watch on the sky if going out. It could rain at any time. Maximum temperature under the clouds no more than 17º.

It will be a fairly cold night, down to 10 or 11º in places. The rain will pass by, so Friday should be a dry day but no warmer.  The weekend will be another period of showers, especially Saturday afternoon and evening, with the temperature remaining arond 17º.

The outlook for next week is showers, often heavy, with the daytime temperature at the seasonal average of about 17º at best.

It's fairly bright this morning with some high cloud. It's cold though, temperature at 0830am is 11.9º. There is a light wind from the north. It should stay dry today, plenty of cloud though and highest temperature will be only 16 or 17º.

With the wind coming from the north it could be even colder tonight, down to 8 or 9º perhaps.

Saturday morning should also be dry, but rain is expected from Saturday lunchtime right through until Sunday night. Temperatures will be down to 14 or 15 in the daytime, between 8 and 10 at night. Monday and Tuesday are not looking too wonderful.

A pleasant start o the day but rain is on the way. Temperature at 0930am is 14.2º, there is a light wind and scattered cloud. A frontal system is heading our way from the south west which is almost certainly going bring rain this afternoon and early evening. Maximum temperature 17 maybe 18º.

The night should be dry, 11 or 12º, but more rain is expected tomorrow from early morning. That rain could last all day, through the night and into Monday. There then should follow a couple of fairly nice warmer days, but more rain is coming for Thursday and the following few days.

It's fairly bright at the moment but showers are on the way. Temperaature at 0935am has just flipped over to 15º. There is a light wind from the south.

The day will be cloudy, with a chance of a shower or two later. Maximum temperature 17 or 18. During the night a much stronger band of rain will be moving across the region. It is more than likely to be raining most of the night and much of the day tomorrow, with some fairly strong wind at times. It will be colder too, 16 at best.

The rain will pass by late afternoon. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday should be fairly pleasant and warmer, but then more rain and some very cold weather is expected from Friday and over the weekend to come.

Update 14:00hrs. A weather station here has recorded 30.8mm of rain so far today (about an inch and a half) with more on the way. We had thunder, lightning and heavy showers from the early morning until noon, a brief respite followed. The sky is turning very dark again.

Temperature at 0750am was 14.4º, the wind is fairly strong with some big gusts when the storms are overhead. Maximum today 17º, which hardly matters! The rain should stop later this afternoon, tonight will be still a bit windy but warmer than it has been.

There is a small chance of a shower or two early tomorrow but otherwise it will be cloudy and dry, also warmer with a maximum of perhaps 20. Wednesday and Thursday should also be fair, with temperature 18 or 19 but more rain is forecast for Friday and the weekend.

Yesterday Albufeira was the second wettest place in the country (Olhão was top) with 42mm (1.65") of rain being recorded. That's a lot of water and about half the average monthly total for the whole of November.

Today will be a much better day with a temperature of 20 or 21º expected.  At 0820am it is 14.9º with some high cloud in a mostly blue sky. No rain is coming today. The wind will shift around later to be coming from the north, tonight will be a bit colder than it has been.

Wednesday and Thursday will be similarly dry and mostly sunny. Friday afternoon and early Saturday could see some more rain. From Sunday there will be a mix of sunshine and showers with much cooler daytime temperatures of only 14 or 15. Nights could be cold at 7 or 8º.

A lot of water as you say.  Were the drains better able to deal with it than in 2015? Or was the rain not as widespread "up country" as it was then?

There was some minor flooding down in town on Monday but nothing at all on the scale of recent events. There were more serious problems to the east and especially on the outskirts of Loulé, where properties on the industrial estate were badly affected. But as the mayor of Loulé said, the council can deal with problems on the public roads but is not responsible for private property!

Today will be a nice sunny day. Temperature at 0940am is 14.5º, which will rise to 20º later. It might feel a bit cold tonight, temperature down to between 8 and 10º.

Tomorrow will be similar but a touch colder. Friday is forecast to be cold (14º) wet and very windy. The weekend ought to be fairly dry and sunny but still very cold in the strong north-westerly wind.

It is a bright and sunny morningm, but a bit cold. Temperature at 0830am is 13.3º. There is barely any wind. The sun will be with us all day, temperature will rise to perhaps 17º but it be windier later. It won't be quite so cold tonight with the wind direction from the north west.

But that wind will be bringing rain tomorrow, from dawn possibly right through the day.  It will be cold, 13 or 14 at best and very windy. Not a nice day all round. The weekend will be cold and windy, but mostly dry. Nights could see the temperature down to 6 or 7º in exposed areas. The outlook for next week is a mix of showers and sunny bits, getting less rainy as the week goes on.

We are in a cold airstream from the north west. Today is going to be wet and very windy. Temperature at 0855am is 14.2º, the sky is getting dark.  Showers, some heavy, are heading our way on that wind. Although the actual temperature may be 14º, the strong wind will make it feel much colder.

The rain will eventually pass during the evening but it will still be windy and cold overnight, possibly as low as 7º!

The weekend will be cold and windy but rain is unlikely. Monday doesn't look to pleasant, more wind and rain expected, but the rest of the week should be mostly sunny but showers possible, also it will be a bit warmer.

Brrrr! Winter woollies on. It's not often I see single digits on the thermometer but right now it is 9.5º (0830am) in fairly bright sunshine. It will be a dry day today but the fairly stiff breeze will keep the numbers down. Maximum today no more than 14º, and it will feel colder than that in the wind. It will be cold again tonbght, down to 7º perhaps.

Tomorrow will feel cold as well, 14 or 15 but not quite so windy. The day should be dry except perhaps chance of a shower early evening.

Monday will be windy, a little warmer and with a good chance of showers all day. The rest of the week will be a mix of sun and cloud and warmer still, up to around 18º.
