A yacht race along the coast from Vila Real to Lagos. Will arrive in Albufeira marina on Friday 2nd and leave on Saturday 3rd. About 40 vessels are expected to take part. |

Very interesting, thanks. I was planning to visit marina but didn't have time so far, this sounds like good additional reason to do it. Any idea when they should arrive to marina and when they are leaving on Saturday? Restaurant recommendation while I am there with my wife?

Fat Cats on the Marina has a singer on Friday night 6pm ish depending on football so nice to sit by the boats listening to some live music

Yes and their Fish and Chips is fabulous. If you want a dining experience then Nikaia is the best restaurant on the marina (IMO)

The website doesn't give times but I would expect that, given the sailing time from Faro (Culatra) it should be during the afternoon when they arrive.
