Is the old town centre bus ticket shop in Av. da Liberdade small bus station permanently closed?
If so, is the only option to get a Giro local bus pass topped-up or re-activated to go to the main out of town bus station? TIA.

Has been closed for a very long time, ever since the Lisbon coaches stopped going there. Yes I have go to the bus station once a month to top up my GIRO pass. They do not have anywhere else and it cannot be done on line. Very retrograde these days.
