It is not unusual for the beach sand to be scoured away by strong tides and big waves, but it always comes back fairly quickly. I will get a picture tomorrow but must find a different way of showing it!

Hi Cubsur.
Is it my imagination, but I am sure thats the first time i`ve seen the supporting wall for the base of the lift. There seems to be a lot of sand has been removed by the strong tides.
