Just to give you the heads up, there is now no free 10 minute period in P2 (the arrivals car park, next to where the taxis wait). There is no warning that this is now the case, luckily when I went to pick friends up earlier in the week it was nighttime, and I was able to back out of the exit lane and go to pay. The airport website erroneously claims that the 10 minutes is still free, and also that it is 70c up to 15 mins, that is a lie too, it's now 80c. Drop off still has the free period as far as I can tell.
