Despite the recent rain, water is still being carefully managed. At least the council is setting an example. Perhaps they should let the weeds grow as you can see along the pavements. They don't seem to have any problem!

Being cut down and replaced by desert plants that don't need watering, set in pebbles. This is up near the Dolphins.
