FA cup yesterday. Splendid Street, which is under new ownership ( Nepalese ). Very full. Cheers Bar at 1pm not open. More people drinking in Indian and O Lavrador.. It's been open every time I've passed by.
Probably been open. Cloe, but was there anyone in there? I passed at 3 and it was empty.   Given the number of people visiting the area this/last week
, and having to pass the bar on way to/ from old town, You'd expect he would take advantage of

It's located on Ave Infante Dom Henrique. Starts with a C. ends with S. Not open last weekend. Monday or Tues.
Left in charge by the owners partner . Who can't be bothered to open up at advertised time. Seems he turns up as and when it suits.
