Gallinari Hair and Beauty and I have been going there for years, Liza is fab and I can highly recommend.

Also I am very happy with the hairdresser next to the Fysio center which is in the road of dr. Jan van Dijk near the worms roundabout. They did awesome brides hair for our wedding like http://newaylook.com/best-wedding-hairstyles-for-short-hair/ Do not know the name or whether they had come to our villa.

Do you mean ... speak english ?    If so, most do.  Don`t know of any actually run be english people. The salons at pedra dos bicos ... one next to Happy House and the one at roundabout next to three amigos are both very good ..
