Riviera is beautiful cake shop, very central. Another you could try would be pao da aldeia. They have a shop just opposite Fat Cats and another, at the corner, half way up strip at junction of strip and main road. They have some lovely cakes , not sure if they specifically sell birthday cakes. In the other direction, a 20 minute walk from the strip is a cake shop opposite the Oura Praia Hotel in Est. De Santa Eulalia called
Pastelaria Martinique Velha. Guess they could supply.
