I thought exactly the same, however walked up to top of escalators yesterday and my daughter asked how much would it be to the Alfagar and the answer was €15. She thought that was ok for 5 plus a pram as it was probably the price of 2 taxis which we would have needed. I thought a tad on the high side. There are several firms running them and to me it certainly seems by casual observation they are trying to operate as taxis around town. Was on one in Lisbon last year it was fine surprisingly and the guy was throwing it about to give us a laugh and it felt stable. many moons ago a guy had family coming over and he scouted building sites near the airport til he found a 3 wheeler + owner. Offered x amount of cash and explained the deal and next thing the oldish guy had shot home to get changed into a suit. Plonked him in the arrivals hall with a name card and Will was hidden taking pics of the result when family led out to car park to their 'taxi'. being film and not digital, I never remember seeing the pics but was a great story. I remember them very well Carole after a bad experience many years ago  while horse riding at Vale Navio stables. Just coming back off a ride and going into the paddock when one of these little noisy things came along the dirt track and made my horse bolt. I hung on for dear life, so scary, I saw my whole life cross in front of me lol and hubby and youngest son were stood there watching and laughing. They got the rough end of my tongue I can tell you Unhappy.
