I saw people moving around, whether or not they were working and simply using some of the properties as accommodation while working I couldn't tell.

Noticed some of the apartments were occupied when I was in Albufeira last month. There are people living and it seems working in there, but all signs taken out and looking very overgrown. Anyone know what's going on? Pictures taken Tuesday 12th December.
