They were just making the finishing touches before the official opening on Saturday. The do look nice and are less steep than before.

Couldn't get down yesterday, some DIY went wrong but heading into town shortly. I will come back with some pictures.

Apparently so. There is a ceremony planned for Saturday evening as part of the Albufeira day events. I will try to take a look later.
