I would certainly ignore stuff like that .. you have to go through several hoops, register, give them your address, etc .. before you even get to any offer .. which is probably fictitious .. or

in mid-January. I check prices regularly for my Albufeira guide site and find Travel Republic is, probably, cheapest agent most times ... and their cheapest hotel early July (flights) is £340 at Torre Velha ... their cheapest early November £113 for a week Colina do Mar, then look at flights, which will never get you to that Travelzoo figure.

Noticed also that a photo they are using is for the recently built `Oura Senses`, which has never been in any way cheap since it opened ..
