Often thought that myself, it coukd be making someone money its in a decent footfall, decent size plot. It has long puzzled me that the site of the old hospital, up near the Sol e Mar, has remained out of the clutches of the property developers. It is a big site, around 800 square metres.

It is probably still in civic hands.
