We too have experienced poor service with flights from Jet Poo from Birmingham and East Midlands
I.e. regularly changing flight times, always late departures, UK ground staff always useless I.e 8-10mins to put a set a steps on, still loading baggage after departure times, and of late, trolley dollies emulating them
Andrew, not a patch on Monarch and overpriced but unfortunately we now have little choice to get to our favourite destination
Good planes but nothing else to shout about
PS Don’t use them for package holiday, an even worse experience last year to Spain
