Yes - At Arte Bar, by the old cemetery. Depends what you want and what you are used to. If you want house music and a very young crowd, and you live in a city or big town, and know how to avoid trouble then the Strip is fine. If you want a party, but without so much rowdiness and you are a bit less street wise - the Old Town. It's not all bad but the activities of certain groups of people bring attention for the wrong reasons.  If you are an 18 - 30 party animal the dozens of bars and clubs along the 'strip' are the place to go but it's easy to avoid. Anywhere else in town is preferable for a lot of people, although in summer large and noisy groups do gather in the old town area also.

Even so, there are places in the old town you can go to avoid them.
