Fault reported, technicians booked for this afternoon. Internet speed has dropped from 13mbps to about 2 at best, landline dead. TV service intermittent.  External cable fault suspected, perhaps water in the works.

Curiously my wifi hotspot has almost no 3G signal.

Anyone else on MEO broadband having issues this past 24 hours or so? I've had intermittent total outages or very slow speed and currently have lost all MEO system TV signals, with HD channels not even registering on the channel list.

I am going to be out today until around 3pm so no point in phoning them just now.

Presently using my mobile hotspot for internet.
