Sad to report that the President of Albufeira Camera (the mayor), Carlos Silva e Sousa, passed away from a heart attack this week, aged 60. RIP Snr. Silva e Sousa.

Clearly a much loved and respected man judging by the number of people at his funeral yesterday.
