The water feature has been turned off. Here are a few pictures taken this afternoon, nothing in particular but ought to be please those of you who cannot be here. It was moderately busy on a sunny afternoon, a few places were doing some business.    Some of you will recall that a section of the wall at the bottom of the hill going around the corner to the fishing harbour collapsed a few years ago. A bodged up repair was the best they did. Today a serious crane is in place hoisting men and equipment to re-seal the cliff face.  Some activity on the sea.   |

what has happened to the waterfall which was flowing down it a few days ago , is their a shortage of water so now switched off, or is it not the same place or picture?

Nice and shiny in the sun today. Looks pretty full.  Work continues around the great wall. Some mysterious large black objects have been delivered and are behind the wall as per this view, but cannot be seen from this angle. Maybe I will go closer later.  |
