Bright and breezy this morning, as it will be all day. Clear blue sky. Temperature at 0910am is 22.6º. Maximum today 31 or 32º. Although it won't be cold tonight, 22º at midnight, the fairly stiff breeze will make it feel cold for some. It is going to be a very nice day today, with several more to follow. Temperature at 0835am is 22.3º, wind is light, not a cloud in the sky. It will warm up rapidly to a maximum 30º by mid afternoon. It will turn windier during the evening and won't be too warm tonight, around 20º at midnight. The next week or so will be very much the same, daytimes into the low 30's, nights 20 or 21º. It's going to be a nice sunny day today. Not too much wind. Temperature at 0730 is 18.5º, which will quickly warm up to a maximum 24 or 25º this afternoon. It will be warmer tonight than recent nights, around 20º at midnight. Confirmed that Imortal have entered a B team in the Algarve League Second Division. That gets under way on 3rd October, a week after the first round of the Algarve Cup.

The format has been changed, again. Next season will be a single 16 team competition, therefore 30 games to be played. There are no midweek fixtures and none over Christmas, New Year and Easter. The season will not end until 29th May 2027.

The other teams are : Olhanense B, Lagos B, Culatrense, Bensafrim, FC Os 11 Esperanças, Alvor, Guia, Monchique, Campinense, Paderne, Quarteira SC, S.R. Almancil, Sport Faro e Benfica, Messinense and Sambrasense.

Seems both 'small' teams in Olhão, FC 4 ao Cubo and Marítimo, have dropped out while Olhanense B come in and presumably have taken some of their players.

Imortal B will probably be playing home games on the 3G pitch rather than the main stadium. Fixtures are due out very soon. I will make up a page for them.

It's going to be raining very soon Dark skies to the south west, moving slowly our way. Temperature at 0755am is 19.5º, wind is light. It will be windier later, but the rain should pass by lunchtime. Maximum temperature 24 or 25º. Tonight will be fairly cool, down to 17º at midnight. Tomorrow is expected to be sunny, dry and about 26º. There is a layer of cloud this morning, very little wind, temperature at 0755am is 20.2º. There is a chance of light showers rght through the day and it will be windier later. Maximum temperature 23 or 24º (In contrast there is some very stormy weather heading for the Lisbon area.) Not too cold tonight, around 17º at midnight. It will be a nice day today, a bit cloudy later but staying dry. Temperature at 0845am is 20.3º, rising to perhaps 24º this afternoon. There's a light wind at the moment, it will be windier later. Tonight might feel a little cool for some, expected to be 18º. Tomorrow will be cool and cloudy, 22º at most, with light rain forecast from late morning until the early evening.
