Nothing is free here even for those in the system.

You will need to register with the local health centre once you are established and have your residencia papers. Then you can get cheap prescriptions or whatever it is one needs for this.

Hi I wonder if any knows if I can still get free insulin etc when we move to Portugal, or will I have to pay for it here?
