Well and truly gorn. I wonder where they all went? it has been there so long they even had their own postbox

Flattened. Nothing left of any real value, although I did nab two of those strong shopping bags that cost 50 cents, about 30 feet of hosepipe, a plastic tray and a nice cushion with cover that a bit of a wash will restore. There's plenty of wood there for the taking.

A JCB crew was leaving site as I arrived, having been working around those strange concrete framework buildings, the purpose of which I have never found out.

That camp had been there for as long as I can remember. Seen from my window just now, all gone, flattened. The traveler site on the hill near the marina has been demolished (think it was last Friday) - all the sheds/buildings appear to be flat to the ground and the several horses and people have vanished!
