Me neither.
Quite kucky here as the Manager has been in our branch since we bought in 2002. Very nice guy - I only have to walk in to withdraw money from the ATM and if he's free he always comes over for a chat.
Never been a fan of these chat lines - complete waste of time if you ask me.
Best to phone either the Head Office or the branch.

Hi
Anyone know if this bank has an online chat and if so whereabouts on the page it is.
They have managed to take 2 direct debits out 3 times each on one day. Sigh.
