It does hang from the tiles but looks good with no joints.
The bends on the done pipes are done by machine and look very neat.

Many thanks I have a four bedroom villa, I installed a short section of plastic gutter for rain water collection. I found that the plastic was had to install because of the overhanging tiles.                          Many thanks for the post, I just installed a short section of plastic gutters and do not look great, could you please give me an idea of the cost of the aluminium gutters.

I have finally got aluminium guttering fitted to my villa to save rain running off the roof everywhere.
I wanted aluminium as it wont shrink then leak,
