Job done. Took all of 5 minutes as the only thing missing from my SNS record was my residencia number. Must be done in person.

If you haven't done yours yet, be aware that the office at the Albufeira health centre will only deal with this on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 1000 - 1200, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1400 - 1600. Good job I went in and asked on the way past!

You need to take passport and residencia card, SNS and Social security numbers if not on the card.

I had the text message last week to confirm my SNS data. I won't be home for a couple of weeks, but in the meantime has anyone actually worked out what must be done?

The message - Utente SNS n.xxxxxx2326, se e residente atualize os seus dados no RNU, junto de uma unidade de saude do SNS. Obrigado.

It looks to me that I must physically go to an RNU. Next to the Albufeira Health Centre? When is it open? What documents do they want?

Any clues gratefully received. Thanks in advance.
