Not enough probably to make a big difference, although the weeds and cactii in the garden out back seemed to have liked it. The big reservoirs were said to be down to 25% capacity. Compulsory measures to save water are being considered for fear that the supply may actually run out. That may include no water in pools.

Problem around here is that 99% of the rainfall goes straight into the drains and out to sea.  Around 3" of rain fell between Thursday and last night.
