Best to use a lawyer. I had a rental contract for one of my restaurants and a couple of years ago ran it by   my lawyer who made considerable changes to it to comply with the law and to offer me good protection if things went wrong. Should you wish to try a lawyer I can recommend Rita Branco of Allawyers in Almancil.
