Its the Council elections this autumn so no doubt be a bit more activity. Our road was done last week - looks so much better for it

At last, men have been at work up here clearing the weeds and even unblocking the drains.

I have seen workers clearing the weeds elsewhere in town but not hhere in Páteo, where the jungle is growing.

Regretably the same all over Albufeira. Since they banned the use of pesticide weed killer its been getting worse

Rua Samora Barros earlier today. I did though see an operative at work with a strimmer further down the street, outside Duffin Mansions.

I guess those who normally clear them are on other duties. Some areas are getting rather unkempt.

  

This the Hotel da Galé, which would be otherwise almost inaccessible!
