That was still being worked on a couple of weeks ago. I didn't walk down there yesterday. There was also work going on at the pumping station under the cliff, so I guess it's still ongoing. I will have a look next time I am out.

The council is taking advantage of the lack of tourists to do some work in Avenida 25 de Abril.



The escalators are still working by the way.
