What are your concerns?

Location is about 2 minutes walk from a shopping centre with large supermarket open 12 hours a day 7 days a week, so you will have no problems in that area.

Old town and beach 10 - 12 minutes walk, one fairly steep uphill bit on the way back.

Don't go all inclusive! It is cheap and nasty.
