There was some desultory activity taking place yesterday but the road is still closed with big holes in it.

Its been like this for weeks - no workmen at all then a few standing around - they must think they are in UK! Is it me or  have the company doing the sewer work between the GNR HQ and the Bus Station roundabout cleared off and left big holes in the ground? I have been past several times this past few days. Nobody working, no plant on site, nothing.
