Baked a cake this afternoon for my Mums Birthday tomorrow, put it on a cooling rack whilst i made the buttercream, when i looked round one of my mutz had half eaten it.....so i had to make another, not happy! Angry

weather in portugal this easter. bit warmer than home but lots of rain here also. only 3 sunny days out of 10 so far. Dead hope last 4 are a little better.

The plasterer says at least two weeks before he'll be finished, then the leckie has to come back, then..........................blah blah blah blah blah, and so it goes on!! I doubt I'll be in me new home til at least the middle of May, boo hoo!!!!!!!
