Weather in Albufeira today

The wind last night certainly made it feel not all that warm. Temperature this morning at 0830 was 20.8C, humidity 52%. There's not much wind just now, blue sky overhead but fairly cloudy out to sea. The breeze is coming from the south-west, across the sea, so it won't be all that hot today maybe 23C.

Cool again tonight, 17C warmer tomorrow and hot on Friday. Very slim chance of a shower or two.

Higher indeed!! Pete put the next weeks forecast on Facebook. It is gradually hotting up to the 30's and then on Thursday (the day we travel down from Valladolid to Albufeira) it is expected to be 40c - phew!! As I said on FB hope the car air con holds out it's going to be scorchio!!

Mine says 32 deg for mon, tue and wed oh wish i was flying out there next week.

We had a very  bright and breezy start to the day. It was 17C at 0730am now at 0945 it is 22.9C. It's still quite windy but there's not a cloud in the sky. Expecting 27C this afternoon,  there are a few small showers dotted around we will be very unlucky if any come our way. Tonight will be around 18 or 19C, still windy then tomorrow it should be a little warmer. Sunday is currently forecast as being 34C here and similar in the interior.

A warm day in prospect, forecast is for 31C. Currently (0930) it is 25.3C and very low humidity again, just 44% which makes it feel ok. There's a very light wind at the moment, from the south or south-east, nothing near as windy as it has been.

It's going to very hot away from the coast, temperatures of 39C are forecast for Beja etc, that's 102F.

The radar is showing a few specks of rain down to the south but nothing to be alarmed about.

It will be a warm night as well, not below about 22C. Tomorrow is set to be hotter, around 32C. Tuesday hotter still, 34C, but a lot of cloud and maybe some stormy showers?

The high mist hung around all day yesterday and it's the same this morning, a sort of light veil right across the sky.

It's even hotter than yesterday, 28.5C at 0855am but not sticky, 44% showing on the humidity scale. Today's high is expected to be 33C (91.5F) with the misty cloud hanging around all day. The flags are flapping a little because of the breeze from the east. No rain on the radar in our area.

Tonight down to around 24C and another hot day tomorrow.

Temperatures in the Alentejo (to the north of here) will be as much as 42C and areas in the Algarve away from the coast may be well be in the high 30's.

It's not as warm today and more humid than recently, but still that high misty cloud. Temperature at 0830 was 22.4C, humidity 66%. There's a bit of a breeze from the west at the moment.

Temperature forecast to reach 30C today, cooler where there is the breeze. It should stay dry but there is rain band down to the south to keep half a eye on.

The weather is set to be a little cooler tomorrow and over the weekend, much better for those of us who have to work or run around in it!
