Sorry Andrew There
are people on here who have been coming to or lived in Albufeira a lot
longer than me but I have never known weather like it in May. Just seeingglum faced families outside hotels waiting for their transport home the ones with kids must have been going up the wall.

No brolly today. Sunny day with a bit of high cloud. Temperature at 1210 is a very acceptable 23.8C and there is a little bit of a breeze.
It looks like it might be e bit cloudier later but no rain is expected except maybe just a little shower. Max temperature 25C perhaps, tonight will be a nice one around 16 - 18C.
Similar day tomorrow, a bit cloudy and 25C with clouds moving away by Wednesday and a much nicer day still coming along. The ten day forecast shows no rain with temperatures up in the high 20's until next weekend at least.
But warm winds from inland means it's hay fever time. Sneezing royally I am.

Arrived late last night. Plenty of cloud cover over Spain and Portgal on the flight down. This morning started off a bit cloudy with a bit of a wind. But as of now 10:30 it's warming up looks like it could be a good day.

Does indeed look like being a nice day. There's a bit of cloud, but it's thin and high. Plenty of blue sky. Temperature at 1105am is 23.6C. The air is still.
We could be having 26C later, a pleasant day indeed. Tonight will be warm at around 19C.
Tomorrow will start cloudy then afternoon and evening clear and sunny, 25 - 26C.
Thursday better still, forecast is for 27C and set fair for a week or so.

Looking out the windows to North and South of our apartment there isn't a cloud to be seen. It's very windy this morning. What's it like with you Tom.

It was indeed very windy this morning around 8am. All lots of stuff being blown around including lots of pollen etc bringing on serious hay fever symptoms.
I've been out since then and it has calmed down. Blue sky overhead, slightly hazy out to seas, way on the horizon. Temperature at 1240am is 23.8C. It should reach 25 later. A reasonably warm night is forecast, no lower than about 16C.
The next couple of days will be warm and sunny, around 25 - 26C. No chance of any rain. This weather should be with us right through the weekend and into early next week.

Another bright and sunny day, not as windy and for me not as hayfevery. The rest of yesterday was a washout, sniff, sniff, sneeze, sneeze despite pills and potions.
Temperature at 1135am is 23.6C, not a cloud in the sky. Should reach 25 or 26 later.
it could be fairly cool though tonight, the wind is from the north and north west and we could be down to 15C. Tomorrow will be mainly bright and sunny, some cloud around and 25C, Saturday will be a little bit cooler under high clouds and maybe only 23C, which is about average for the time of year.

Another very nice and warmer than yesterday, 26.2C at 1130am. There's very little wind and the sky is blue.
Temperature is expected to reach 27C later.
Tonight will see some cloud moving in and I expect them to be around all weekend. As a result, the weekend won't be quite so warm only around 25C at best. Nights won't be too bad 16 - 18C depending on where you are.
This good weather will last until the middle of next week. Thursday and Friday could see a few showers with cooler temperatures, not much more than 22C.

Hot it was. And another sunny day today, overhead at least but it is quite hazy looking out to sea. Temperature at 1045am is 24.2C. There is very little wind. The weather website says it's going to get a little cloudy later, top temperature maybe only 25C. Brrrr!
It will be a cold one tonight, 18C.
Sunday will also be bit cloudy, 24 or 25C, Monday a little warmer perhaps and with less cloud.
It does look more and more like a change in the weather is coming our way from Wednesday, with more clouds and cooler weather, with a good chance of showers (some heavy) from Friday right through the weekend.

A change in the weather. 5pm it was sunshine with a few wispy clouds. By 7 it's clouded over the temp has dropped, and the wind has picked up.
