Summerville shop and play

I drove from Algarve shopping to the Guia roundabout yesterday and saw a huge sign about Summerville. It appears to be the new shopping mall. I was curious and did a search on the net. I found several dates for opening, but what is the correct one?
2009 obviously passed, now I see early 2012 and somewhere else 2013-2014.
Does someone know?

	As you've found it's been talked about for years but the recession has no doubt been the reason for not breaking ground. From the pictures we saw of it they'd have to go some for a 2014 opening if they started now!
