Or it would have been. Construction abandoned two years ago at least. This on the road between São Rafael and Galé. How many more of these ruins are going to be the long term legacy of greed and corruption?

My friend has an apartment looking directly onto this eyesore, this is the worst case scenario for him. He would be happy if it were finished and happier still if it were pulled down as he would get the most of his views back ! I feel sorry for the owners of the Villa's next door to this, they had a lovely view accross the ocean and over to the mountains, now they look out onto this monstrosity, it must have knocked thousands off the value of these villa's !!
