| We are travelling down to Albufeira in November for a 4 month "trial" stay with a view to buying in the area and retiring there. We will be bringing our dog with us and need to find somewhere to stay overnight en route. Can anyone suggest somewhere half wayish that will accept a dog? |

We have done the journey from Bedfordshire to Albufeira many times albeit through France rather than Santander. IBIS take dogs at €5 surcharge in both Spain & France. We have stayed in both Salamanca (beautiful city)& just outside Burgos with our Westie without problem. Hope this helps Richard |
