That's not what I heard!!! I was told that the prices were a lot higher than a certain english supermarket and that only 2 people came out with loaded shopping trolleys! I listened to Marc Damon on Kiss and the programme certainly seemed to say the place was crowded.

Well we had three fully loaded trollies in the queue in front of us Mollie, so I wouldn't take too much notice of your source if I were you. If you mean prices are higher than supermarkets in England, then yes they are, if you mean a supermarket over here, please don't keep it quiet as we would prefer to be spending our money with a small trader than a big supermarket. The British shops we know are slightly cheaper on a few things, but for example, a four pack of Crosse & Blackwell beans was €1.40. Flora was very expensive, but we can buy that in Continente. Smile

It was heaving and there were loads of full trollies and loads with wheely baskets that were overflowing. Best get down and take a look to make up your own minds.
