Nothing I have heard of and they have no money anyway. All it really is now is a diving platform and somewhere to put the New Year's Eve fireworks.

Anyway, here is the complete set of pictures including my documented trek along the cliff path between Albufeira and Falesia, via Praia da Oura, Balaia and Olhos D'Agua. Those of you who may be thinking about this can see what you will be up against.

I got the bus back by the way!

Nice pictures - glad to see you agree with me about those God awful sandbags at the Sheraton. Criminal.
I hate how peopleï compare Frank Zappa to God. I mean, he's cool and great and nice and everything, but he's no Zappa.

A couple more of Olhos D'Agua taken yesterday around 5pm. Stacks more to sort out, of that area as a whole, which I will be doing later. The first one was taken from the end of the Rua do Parque.

The rest of the Olhos D'Agua pictures can be found under the Photo Sharing topic

A 2 metre high fence has now been concreted onto the pier to block access to the end.

Meanwhile, 30C yesterday afternoon and here are some people having fun.

There certainly weren't many on the sunbeds but most of the beach was pretty busy, it being a Sunday. Few  British voices heard, but school's out soon.

Earlier there was some nasty stuff in the sea, some red seaweed as some of you will have encountered recently and some scummy looking stuff. This pic from above the marina around 1pm yesterday.

What an excellent set of pictures, I too felt as though I had walked with you. Clap
Mind, I am surprised at your feet ~ I expected cloven hooves!

I have walked part of the way but doubt I would attempt the whole 9 yards. Very informative.Wink
