Appreciate this is the 'weather' thread but as you mentioned it Tom, I too still can't post pics... the note from admin is still there so I assume something is still amiss?

Sent PM in response to previous question.

Today has dawned a little cloudy again, temperature at 0855 is 15.6C and it's rather humid again at 81%. The sun is out but it is especially cloudy out to the south-west.

It will be cloudy all day, maximum temperature 19C. If it's like yesteday  it might be quite windy later especially on high ground. Certainly yesterday afternoon at the football some strong gusts of wind were noted.

Tonight won't be too bad at all, down to 13 or 14C. The weekend also looks like bing cloudy but dry, daytimes 18 or 19C, but night-times perhaps as low as 12 on Sunday night.

This weather should hold until Tuesday then a few rainy days are forecast, together with lower temperatures.

Very cloudy this morning, especially to the west and the wind has been fairly gusty and strong this past couple of hours. Temperature at 0815am 15.8C, rather damp with humidity showing as 86%.  Forecast is for today to be quite cloudy, max temperature could as as high as 20C in the southerly airflow.  No rain showing on the radar and none forecast.

Tonight will be quite warm again, around 14 or 15C. Tomorrow will be similar to today but perhaps a little cooler, especially at night. Monday is going to be a sunny day, 19C again which is 3C above average for the time of year.

Tuesday should be an ok and dry day but from Wednesday to Saturday next week there is a very strong probability of cooler and rainy days.

After a warm but sometimes windy night, the day has started brightly. Sun is out, there is some high, flat, cloud but mostly blue sky.

Temperature at 9am is 13.9C, still fairly damp with humidity at 82%.

Expecting a dry day today, maximum 19C. It won't be so warm tonight as it has been, the wind is coming from inland and could bring the temperature down to 12C.

Monday and Tuesday will be sunny and warm, daytimes 18 or 19C. Colder at night with the wind direction, 10 or 11C. Met office website says 98% probability of heavy rain on Wednesday with showers likely on and off for the rest of the week. Warm days but night-times down to as low as 9C.

It's a very bright and sunny morning, just a couple of small clouds in the far distance otherwise completely blue sky. Temperature at 1025am is 15.0C and it's not as damp compared with recent days, humidity says 72%. There's hardly any wind.

It might become a little bit cloudier later, top temperature 19C, no rain.

It could be quite cold tonight though, down to 10 or 11C.

Tomorrow will be cloudy but dry, daytime 18C, could be even colder at night.  Wednesday will be a showery day, forecast says 100% chance of rain! That will be followed by several more fairly rainy days. Colder too, with the wind then coming from the north rather than the south as it is at the moment.

Unable to post from desktop! A cloudy morning here and cooler than yesterday. Temperature at 0910 is 13.1C and a bit damp with the clouds, 84% on the meter. High today 18C, it will stay cloudy with a light wind. Tonight down to 10 or 11C.

Tomorrow is going to be a rainy day as a weather front moves across the country from west to east. It will be a little cooler still. Thursday will have a few light showers.

Woken at 7am by very heavy rain, wind rattling things around adn a few distant rumbles of thundre. it's stopped now though. It's very dark and cloudy still. Temperature at 0945 is 14.2C.

It does look from the radar that the heaviest rain has passed, but there are still a lot of showers heading our way for later. Top temperature today under the cloud no more than 17C.

Showers will continue into the night, which won't be very warm at 9 or 10C.

Thursday ought to be a bit better, cloudy but dry, temperatures similar to today. Friday not so good, with heavy showers expected along with much cooler temperatrues, 14C daytime at best.

It's not too bad at the moment but there are all kinds of dire warnings on the weather website about rough seas, high wind and heavy rain for later, especially to the west of here.

The sun is out at the moment, there's some high and  thin cloud and a little bit of a breeze. Temperature at 0910am is 12.3C, humidity 70%.

A frontal system is going to bring  rain later, maximum temperature 17C. Winds could be quite strong, gusting at up to 75km per hour. Tonight will be fairly cold by recent standards, down to perhaps 9C.

Friday and Saturday will be cool and cloudy, 14 - 17 C daytime which is about average for the time of year, 9 - 11 at night. It should be dry though.

Cold and raining. We got away with it yesterday until around 9pm when some fairly heavy rain and stronjg winds did come along.

It's been raining on and off during the night, outside now is a very big black cloud and it is raining fairly hard.

Temperature at 0815am is 11C. Looks like we are going to have showers, fairly heavy at times, for a good while yet. The radar shows a lot of them out to the west and north, coming our way. It won't be very warm either, no more than 14 or 15C today.

The weekend does look better, should be dry and warmer at around 17C daytime, 10C at night, normal numbers for the time of year.

A nice looking day outside, mostly blue sky at the moment, some cloud out on the horizon though. Temperature at 1030am is 12.4C, a slight wind.

Expecting a high today of 17C., staying dry. The wind is more more or less from the north, so that means a fairly cool night, down to 7 or 8C.

Tomorrow and Monday will be similar to today, temperatures about the same, cloudy but dry.

Next week will be much the same, but with a growing chance of some showers Thursday and Friday.

It's been a nice morning, a bit cloudy but some blue sky with sun. Temperature at 1045 am is 14.2C, dry air coming from inland so a lot less humid than recently, 54% at the  moment.

It is quite windy.

Top temperature today 17C, it will stay dry. Tonight will see temperaature will fall to around 11 or 12C. Tomorrow will be a bit cloudy once again, high cloud to keep the sun partly hidden and temperature once again no higher than 17C. The wind will still be from the north, so nights are going to be fairly cold this next few days, paerhaps as low as 6 or 7C, Daytimes 16 or 17, staying dry until at least next weekend, when there is fair chance of some showers.

The temperature fell to 9.1C here last night, pretty cold by our standards. Even now, at 1030am, it is not all that warm, 11.9C it says. There's quite a bit of blue sky with some high and thin clouds.  There is not much wind.

High today is supposed to be 17C but with the cloud plus the wind coming from the north I think we struggle to get that. There is no rain forecast.

Tonight will be as cold as last night, 8 or 9C then tomorrow sunny but again not very warm and quite likely even colder at night. Wednesday I expect to be similar to today.

This dry and fairly cold weather will be with us until the weekend, to be followed by slightly warmer weather with a small chance of showers.

Pleasant morning, a bit of high cloud out to sea but blue sky overhead. Temperature at 0915am is 10.3C, it's a bit more damp feeling than yesterday at 63% humidity. Hardly any wind.

A calm and dry day expected, maximum temperature 16C.  Tonight, quite cold again at 8 or 9C near the coast, maybe 7C inland.

This settled weather will be with us until the weekend and probably until next Tuesday.

A fairly nice looking start to the day, sun is out with some layers of high cloud here and there. Temperature at 0925am is 11.9C, still the dry airflow from inland.

Down the pub last night they were all complaining about the cold. Then the UK weather forecast came on screen!  We will be up to around 17 or 18C later today. Tonight could fall to 9 or 10 inland, slightly warmer near the sea. It will stay dry.

The next couple of days will be clear, dry and sunny and perhaps even a little warmer , up to19C daytimes. That's about 3C above average for the time of year. The current indicataions are that Sunday and Monday will ok, then a chance of a few showers later in the week, but staying quite warm for the time of year.

And another bright and sunny morning, almost no cloud but a little more windy than yesterday. Temperature at 1005am is 13.5C, which could rise as high as 20C this afternoon, around 4C higher than late December average.

The wind is currently more from the east than north, so tonight it will be around 11C inland perhaps 12 or even 13C along the coast.

There will be little change over the weekdend, nright sunshine, clear skies and temperatures around 18 - 20 C in the daytime, 11 - 13 at night.

The threat of rain for next week seems to be reducing, although from Monday it will be much more cloudy with slightly lower temperatrues.
