Warmer rain by the look of the forecast. Showers are likely for at least the next seven days.

The lightest of breeze, blue skies with quite a few white, bright fluffy clouds but the sun is beating down, very acceptable, currently 24 degrees. The forecast in Portugal News, picked up at airport says the unsettled weather, and the rain, is clearing through and a nice dry week is forecast with just the occasional odd shower possible up to Saturday.
All in all, very nice, I've had worse September Tuesday mornings!
UPDATE.
4.00pm and a very welcome 28 degree's, bootiful!

Yesterday was very acceptable but today bodes even better. Clear blue sky just some light cloud or haze out to sea which will likely get burned off, very still, little or no breeze, sun is up and starting to move the thermometers, currently 20 degree's but expect that to soon be mid 20's and I should think at least same as yesterday, 28, later in the afternoon. The ipma site is forecasting one degree warmer than yesterday so we'll see. Off to soak it up now, catch you later.
UPDATE 6.00pm Was a great day, mid to late afternoon between 28 and 29, then the breeze dropped at 5.00pm and we actually touched 30 at 5.15. Then the cloud moved in and at 5.45 it had dropped to 25. No complaints, a glorious day. The breeze appeared early afternoon and was from the south, that probably cost us a few degree's but when it returned it was more from the east/south east. Ho hum, here's to tomorrow.

Looking good again. Similar to yesterday but slightly better. Blue skies, no cloud, no breeze at all, it's eerily still, suns there, temp currently 23 and rising, guess it will be same as yesterday, high 20's maybe 30 if the breeze doesn't appear as it did yesterday. Going to be another hot one either way, bring it on!

Today peaked at 29 degree's, shortly after 5.00pm, can you believe how late in the day the peak is? As yesterday, quite a blustery breeze from about 12.30 to 3.00pm, but it went as quickly as it came. Another great day.

Same as, same as. Except a slight bit of breeze. Clear blue skies again, sun is shaking it's feathers and warming us up, 22 degree's at five to nine in the morning, nice, keep going.

UPDATE:
6.00pm
Wowsa. Well
it wasn’t same as, the breeze, and quite strong, came mid morning and for half
an hour brought cloud cover to boot. This cleared and the breeze eased, late
afternoon it was as still as still can be, again. But the temps! The breeze was
from the east, evidenced by the planes into Faro approaching from the west,
which is less often than the other way. Anyway, this must have been less
chilling as it’s been very hot, 32 in the shade at 5.30 and mid forties in the
sun, scorchio for September, and late September at that.
Now 6.15pm and it is nothing but gorgeous

Doh! We didn't want this, shutters up this morning and it's cloudy, very cloudy. No breeze or wind at all, very still accordingly and a pleasant 22 degree's, but will the sun burn it off, will the cloud move away? Could go either way and IPMA doesn't give much encouragement forecasting rain! They also forecast only 24, 25 & 26 degree's for next three days and more rain and even worse, thunder & lightning for Thursday and Friday! Who brought this out with them? Come on, own up!

Approaching mid-day and the wind has indeed got up and broken the cloud cover. Still plenty of cloud, and breeze, but the sun is getting through and has moved the temp up to 26, so far.
UPDATE,
6.00pm
What a
mixed day, and IPMA got it wrong, no rain. The blanket cloud cover did get
broken up and the afternoon was quite acceptable, plenty sun, plenty breeze but
we still hit 31 degree’s late afternoon. The breeze is easing off now, been
quite blustery at times but overall, below par start to the day but it improved
by the hour.
I believe “Weather
Watch†will be serviced by the ever trusted
“Cubsur’s keyboard†from tomorrow so, welcome back Tom.

That's more like it, shutters up, clear blue sky. There is some cloud/haze way out to sea. Again, as seems the norm first thing, not a breath of breeze, I wonder what time that will appear today. 9.00 am and already 21 degree's, looks like another great day and for sure, as all last week, temperatures likely to well exceed the IPMA forecast, they said 24 for today, we'll see!

It is rather hazy out to sea today and there are some clouds passing by. Warm enough though, 23./C at 1130am, a little humid at 69%. The radar shows a number of small, isolated showers moving around, so keep an eye on the sky if going out, particularly towards the west.
The next couple of days look like being warm and dry, with temperatures up to 27C daytime, maybe a bit cloudy on Tuesday then the forecasters expect the rest of the week to be very warm, around 30C, before normality returns at the weekend.

Yesterday peaked at four nil, sorry, 28 degree's so IPMA's 24 was way out. (Can't think why I typed four nil there! )
Today is looking good, clear skies again, with the very occasional cloud, minimal breeze and the sun is on it's way to do it's stuff, currently 20 degrees, should easily be high 20's again later. Looks like a beautiful day in prospect.

A nice day today, just a few fluffy clouds in blue sky. Temperature at 1215hrs up here is 23.9C.
Wind has died down. The forecast says a maximum of 27C later, staying cloudy.
Tonight might not be quite so warm as last night, 17 or 18C expected, duvet may be needed!
Tomorrow will probably be hotter than today, 29C in a southerly wind. Wednesday is forecast to be rather cloudy with the wind from the east and a chance of a shower or two.
